How it works

A Personalized Approach To Designing & Installing Your Treenet

What to expect

A simple & stress-free process to make your treenet a reality

01 \ Inquiry

Let’s get this party started!

From day one, we work closely with you to understand what you need and what you’re looking for. Then, we create a custom design & keep you in the loop every step of the way. The first step is simple — just fill out our inquiry form. It gives us a little insight into your location, space, budget & the ideal size of your treenet.

02 \ Book A CAll

Getting into the details

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll hop on a call to talk more about your vision, your space, the size of your net, design preferences, time horizons and more! We’ll answer any questions you have and then after the call, we’ll prepare your quote.

03 \ Getting on the schedule

Let the planning begin!

Once you approve your quote, a 20% deposit gets your project on our schedule. Once we have your treenet on our calendar, it’s time to start the planning process. What’s cool? The planning stage is customized specifically to you, your space and your project. You can expect to spend time with our color style guide selecting your paracord colors & checking out samples to confirm your final choices. We’ll also talk through the aspects of the project like timelines, potential features & design ideas.

04 \ two weeks before arrival

Finalizing the details

30% of your total amount is due 2 weeks before arrival. At this point we will confirm any final travel and accommodation details, and review what to expect once we arrive.

05 \ installation

Your treenet comes to life

We will arrive onsite at our scheduled date and time. We look so forward to meeting you and your family and are honored that you are welcoming us into your home or business. While we work, we will approach the installation in a way that seamlessly integrates with your family & lifestyle. We always honor the spaces where our treenets are woven, leaving each one better than we found it.

Time to completion depends on the square footage and the complexity of your design. When we are 50% finished with the installation, an additional 40% of the remaining investment is due. When your net is complete and fully installed, the final 10% is due and we will enjoy celebrating with you as you enjoy your new space.

Kind Words

Lindsey and Kane wove a treenet on the top of the mountain at our hotel. It has become a magical environment for guests to explore, relax, sit back, and watch the sunset over the mountains.

Lyon Porter | Founder | Urban Cowboy

I fell in love with the work that Kane and Lindsey have done! I reached out and they were super responsive and came out to Santa Barbara to build our dream treenet.
